  I can't believe it! I only went to one store to shop for my wedding gown, and I walked out with one right off of the rack! I was so nervous for this day to approach because I am so picky, and I wanted the perfect dress! Would I cry? Would I scream ,"I'm saying yes to the dress?!" YES - I did both and the experience couldn't have been more fun! I asked for wedding dress advice before I went to go try on wedding dresses for the first time and here is what was sent to me on Instagram! - Take pictures in every dress, so you can go back to look through them to see what you like or don't like! - Go with your gut (sent by multiple people!) - Try on ALL types of dresses! (sent by multiple people!) - Have the same kind of tan you will have on the wedding day! - Don't listen to everyone else's opinions. You'll know when it's your dress! - Don't settle - shop around! - Go to small stores - Don't bring a lot of people - Try something you wouldn't normally pick looking at it on the hanger - Find the style and neckline you want first, don't worry about the design - If it feels like something is missing, be open about it! You'd be surprised what you can add! - It's your dress, no one else's! You'll know when it's the one! - Sew your cups into the dress, don't wear a bra! - Make sure your bustle point is strong - HAVE FUN, don't over stress it! - Wear nude undies! - You'll find "the one" everywhere you go, limit how many places you shop!  My final tip for you, this one is from me, don't be scare to shop off the rack! I ended up buying a dress that was originally priced $2,100 over my budget, but because of minor damage it was marked down to $200 below my budget! I fell in love with it, and the price just made it that much better!
Have fun girlfriend, and be as ~extra~ as you want to be! I tried on a dress that my family and friends loved, but it didn't have any sparkle, and I knew that wasn't me! This is your time to wear the dress of your dreams, so DO IT!
