I absolutely love salmon, and this air fryer recipe is hands down one of my favorite dinners we make almost weekly! It's super easy to prep, and cook for those busy week nights, or when you really don't feel like cooking a meal at home! I love the way the air fryer cooks the salmon, almost giving it a bit of a crunch, and the teriyaki sauce is delicious! So, put down the cereal for dinner, and try this instead!
Ingredients: Salmon fillet (one per person) Teriyaki Sauce Garlic Brown Sugar Lemon Juice Rice + a vegetable (we like to edamame, carrots, or roasted asparagus) Directions: 1. Cut salmon fillets into cubes 2. In a gallon size bag add salmon fillets, enough teriyaki to cover the salmon in the bag (1 cup should do), the juice from half a lemon, a tablespoon of brown sugar, a tsp. of garlic. Let marinate for 6 hours if possible, but we've also made this and only marinated it for 10 minutes. The longer the better for the salmon to absorb the taste! 3. Air fry salmon at 380 degrees for 7 to 12 minutes depending on how done you enjoy your salon. 4. Make your rice and steam you vegetables. 5. Split rice between bowls, top with salon and vegetable! We also like to top with a teriyaki glaze (same recipe as above, just don't use what your fish was in!), soy sauce and hot sauce! Tag me on Instagram if you make this recipe! I would love to know how you liked it in the comments of this post! Enjoy! *Adding a mouth watering photo soon, but realized I only have videos of this delicious dinner from sharing it on Instagram!*
